In order to start using Schedules - Report tool we should select items in the Spatial Containment tree and use Add to Schedules button. If there is a floor with more than 100 different rooms and various areas, and all those areas have have some specific types, or different departments, or just area size. We have no option to select them using this information. We can select required areas in graphical area, but there as well we do not see if this room is a technical room or some stairs area. After such selection we should scroll in the tree and then deselect all not required areas. Even, in the view we have whole building and when i need to make report about all areas which are from specific type or specific department, area size, then I can't make such selection. If we could select all required items by their specific property, then we could see them all in the Schedules-Report window. Then this report could help verify and find any issues, or just information about required properties. It is same required for Report Query builder tool, where we could query required items by their properties, only here is additional possibility to select item and zoom to it to check if there is something wrong in the model or not.
